(Tax ID: 30-71856234-9), we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, as well as complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Zelovion S.R.L., with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 12, Office 1201, C1428ARS, City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic. Our database is registered with the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection under the corresponding registry.
2. Data we collect
We collect personal identification data (name, surname, identity document), contact data (email address, phone number), financial data necessary for the provision of the crowdlending service, browsing and platform usage data, and information voluntarily provided through contact forms.
3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: management of your account and provision of real estate crowdlending services, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (CNV, UIF, AFIP), communications related to investment projects and platform updates, improvement of user experience and statistical usage analysis.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: the free, express, and informed consent you provide upon registration; the execution of the contractual relationship; compliance with legal obligations before Argentine regulatory bodies; and the legitimate interest of Zelovion S.R.L. in improving its services, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms do not prevail.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We may share your personal data with: Argentine regulatory entities (CNV, UIF, BCRA) in compliance with legal obligations, technology service providers acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements, and financial entities involved in investment operations. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to our service.
6. International transfers
In the event of international data transfer, Zelovion S.R.L. guarantees that it is carried out to jurisdictions with adequate levels of protection as established by the AAIP, or through contractual clauses that ensure compliance with current Argentine regulations.
7. Data security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, periodic security audits, and security incident response plans.
8. Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months; request the rectification of inaccurate data; require the deletion of your data when no longer necessary; object to the processing of your data. 9. Retention period
We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. Data related to financial operations is retained for a minimum of ten years in accordance with current tax and anti-money laundering regulations in Argentina.
